KC is a formaldehyde-free product that possesses the brightness and stability of traditional formaldehyde-containing products. Its performance and environmental friendliness are reflected in: 1. Being free of formaldehyde, phthalates, bisphenol propane and other harmful chemical substances.KC pigment is a thermoplastic fluorescent pigment with average resistance to strong solvents and a very wide range of applications. It performs excellently in materials such as fatty acids and aromatic compounds, and is also suitable for use in water-based systems.
KC series has the excellent anti-stickscrew performance in plastic injection applications.
KC series is good heat stable, making operation easily.
KC series is easily melt in the coloring of various plastics with excellent performance in pigmentation, equality, brightness and vividness.
The recommended pigment dosage at different wet film thicknesses is as follows:
